Biography
Dr. David T. Alesna graduated from the Cebu Doctors’ University College of Dentistry in 1990. He finished his post-graduate dental externship training in oral surgery at the University of the Philippines-Phil. General Hospital in 1992 and his externship training in pediatric Dentistry at the Philippine Children’s Medical Center in 1993. He completed his training in Implant Dentistry from the Asian Implant Institute in 2008 and has since then attended numerous advance courses in implant dentistry both locally and overseas.

He is a past faculty member of Centro Escolar University College of Dentistry and of Cebu Doctors’ University College of Dentistry having taught Prosthodontics, Pediatric Dentistry and Oral Surgery. He has also been a KOL( key opinion leader) for 3M Phils, Dentsply Phils, Osstem Implant Phils.He is presently a KOL for Megagen Implant Phils. and teaching the basic implant training course in Cebu.

He is established one of the first digital dental laboratories in Cebu in 2014 which continues to operate and support his practice limited to Dental Implantology and Prosthodontics. He is one of the pioneers of digitally guided implant placement which he continues to use in his practice.

He is a member of the Philippine Prosthodontic Society, the Philippine Association of Implant Dentistry, the Philippine College of Oral Implantologists, and a fellow of International College of Dentist- Phil. Section.
